The pupils of Hornton Primary School in Oxfordshire have made a video [below] about the qualities they would like in their new headteacher, soon to be appointed. [It was featured on the BBC:  http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/programmes/breakfast/6253213.stm.] Those responsible for the appointment might like to use Annalisa in making their selection. The following screengrab shows an Annalisa with 8 attributes derived from what the children said. With equal weightings hypothetical candidate 2 emerges as best but it is clear that with candidates who have varying Ratings on the attributes any of the 3 could win depending on the weightings to the various qualities.   [alt file here ]
