The area to be landscaped as a public park and recreation area, with the informal market currently occupying a quarter of the site preserved. Several old buildings, including a community hall serving as the place of worship for the main religious minority in the town, will also remain. (Both market and hall would be relocated, but much further from the town centre if options 1 or 2 were adopted.)
