Esra Albayrak and Yasemin Claire Erensal of Galatasaray and Dogus Univesities in Istanbul used the Analytic Hierarchy Process to model and evaluate the relationship between different management styles and human performance improvement within organisations.
Seven factors relevant to human improvement performance were identified:
  • Physical Workplace
  • Work Organisation
  • Human Performance Capability
  • Attitudes in Human Performance
  • Leadership factors
  • Company Culture factor
  • Participation-Involvement factor
Three management styles were identified:
  • Management by Instruction
  • Management by Objectives
  • Management by Values
